We have a great working relationship with all our working partners; venues, event organisers and clients. Here are a few words and thanks from a selection.
ASCL and ASCL PD have had the pleasure of working with Reservation Highway since 2017. They have provided excellent venue finding service, helping us find excellent conference facilities for a wide range of events from 40 people right up to our Annual Conference which caters for 1200 people. They have also helped us find accommodation for our staff, guests and delegates for a large number of events across the UK.
The incredible service delivered by the team at Reservation Highway help every event run smoothly. It can be easy to forget the hours of hard work which has led to the smooth-running of an event. Kim and her team have saved ASCL many hours of work as they do the heavy lifting of finding excellent venues by really understanding our needs, our values and what works for our delegates. They work closely with us, suggesting improvements to offer, thinking creatively about alternative options which may not have previously been considered.
As a result of their amazing work, our flagship events have grown, revenue has increased and delegates satisfaction rates have soared. We are proud to be a client and look forward to a long relationship.
Thank you so much for arranging and confirming the subvention grant for our NAHT Annual Conference. We are absolutely delighted you have enabled us to hold our most prestigious event in our Union's calendar at Harrogate convention Centre. This is very exciting for all of us.
We received such a wondefully warm welcome from staff at the venue arranged for us by Kim. Kim's dedication, professionalism and clear love of Harrogate shines through in every conversation. We know our National executive, members, officials and special guests will be delighted too.

The Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) has worked with Reservation Highway since 2009 when we received their first conference enquiry.
Our experience of working together has always been extremely positive and it is clear to see how they have built such a broad portfolio of clientele.

The ICC Wales opened in September 2019. We are delighted to be working with Kim at Reservation Highway on two confirmed events. Our experience with Kim started many years ago as part of the Celtic Manor Collection. Kim has a fantastic knowledge of the events industry and venues. She uses this knowledge to negotiate the best rates and inclusions for her clients whilst being sympathetic and realistic about what venues can offer and is feasible.
She has been extremely supportive with the enquiries that she has brought to us so far. She will always been very open and honest and ensures complete transparency. She is a delight to work with and our entire team speak very fondly of her personally and professionally.

As Kim has worked with several of her clients and Convention Centre’s across the UK for over 10+ years, she knows their conferences, expectations and teams inside out and utilises this knowledge to ensure the conferences are as successful as can be.
Once again a massive thank you to the whole team for all the hard work which goes into supporting us and our delegates on this event each year. It is great to know we have such a trusted partner to provide this service to our attendees and removes any stress or worry from the team knowing the care and professionalism you bring to the event.
Reservation Highway has been appointed to manage our accommodation and social and networking requirements for the Confed conference and exhibition for the past seven years. I have had the pleasure of working with Kim and her team for the past 3 years and I am continually impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail and dedication to making the event a success.
The Confed conference and exhibition is the only event bringing together senior leaders from across the health system and is regarded as the premiere event in the healthcare calendar. Reservation Highway find and secure venues for our main conference dinner for 350 people and our various other regional dinners and drinks receptions. They also manage our accommodation requirements for the event including sourcing hotels and managing bookings for over 2,000 delegates, speakers and staff that attend the event. Nothing is ever too much for the team and their constant levels of high service make working with them a pleasure.
I thoroughly enjoy working with Kim and the team and I have no hesitations in recommending Reservation Highway to potential clients.

I was cynical about the service offered on the conference website. Wouldn’t it be easier for me to call the hotels as usual? But after clicking I found a clear and simple set of choices, ordered by price, leading to a very simple booking process. none of the hassle of talking to a sales person at a hotel and waiting for them to look up the rate, only to find that it was no longer available etc etc.
On top of that, when I needed to change the booking, I was even more cynical about the telephone number. I expected to wait for ages for someone to answer my call and then wait for ages while they searched for my booking, not really know what I was talking about etc. Instead my call was answered after three rings and my request was processed promptly and helpfully.
