Reservation Highway was established in 1999 to provide an up to date and efficient accommodation service to meet the needs of large conferences and exhibitions. We established a bespoke on-line booking system which enabled the company to offer a service far in advance of many of its competitors. Having built an extensive portfolio of events we are now a leading company in our field providing a specialised accommodation booking service to the conference and exhibition trade throughout the UK and Worldwide.
Due to a high demand from our clients we have expanded our services to include venue finding. We offer our extensive experience of the various venues to help source the best and most suitable venues for each client, whilst also advising on the availability and supply of accommodation to support the event.
Our team provide a wide range of experience and skills from the hotel, travel and event industries enabling us to offer expert advice and support in all areas.
We are a modern company providing a professional operation with a friendly and approachable manner. The on-line booking platform offers, immediate access 24/7 to hotel availability and rates and our well-manned call centre, which is non-automated, has all calls personally answered by reservation clerks happy to offer advice and assistance.
We are all very hands on and help each other as the work demands on the day. It's great to have a team who pull together and get the job done in such a professional manner, here is a brief introduction to each member.
Manages the busy day to day running of the Reservation Office, as Reservation Manager. Studied Hotel Management in Leeds and has had a full career in the hotel industry before helping to start up the new Reservation Highway company in 1999.
Kim joined the company in 2005 following a career in hotels, working in reservations, reception and sales. Kim works closely with all the Event Organisers to assist with selecting the right venue for their event and ensuring sufficent accommodation is available within the location. Actively involved with many events Kim always has her ear to the ground for any new event that may require our expert assistance.
Sam joined us in 2004 after an operational background in the catering industry. Overseas all the large group reservations and in particular the event Organisers HQ rooms with expert advice and reminders to ensure everyone meets their targets and deadlines without exception.
Diana also joined in 2004 and has customer service and sales experience. Diana assists with all the day to day booking enquiries and office administation with attention to detail.
Joined the company in 2012 after a long career in hotels, he brings years of management experience and hotel knowledge to the team. Stephen assists in the day to day running of the office and handles all the associated accounts work that comes with a busy office.
Peter Manton Office Manager
New to the company in 2024, Peter's role will develop over the coming months as he settles into his role. Peter has many years catering management experience and more recently office management which will help him to manage our very busy office.
Reservation Highway has developed a bespoke, user friendly, informative, specialised booking platform to assist in providing each event with the best possible service.
Each event is provided with a dedicated webpage, complete with own branding, to promote the accommodation and local information service direct to attendees of the event.
