We are all very hands on and help each other as the work demands on the day. It's great to have a team who pull together and get the job done in such a professional manner, here is a brief introduction to each member.
Susan Manton Managing Director
Manages the busy day to day running of the Reservation Office, as Reservation Manager. Studied Hotel Management in Leeds and has had a full career in the hotel industry before helping to start up the new Reservation Highway company in 1999.
Kim Barker Sales and Marketing Executive
Kim joined the company in 2005 following a career in hotels, working in reservations, reception and sales. Kim works closely with all the Event Organisers to assist with selecting the right venue for their event and ensuring sufficent accommodation is available within the location. Actively involved with many events Kim always has her ear to the ground for any new event that may require our expert assistance.
Samantha Clapham Group Reservation Manager
Sam joined us in 2004 after an operational background in the catering industry. Overseas all the large group reservations and in particular the event Organisers HQ rooms with expert advice and reminders to ensure everyone meets their targets and deadlines without exception.
Diana Davy Reservation Administrator
Diana also joined in 2004 and has customer service and sales experience. Diana assists with all the day to day booking enquiries and office administation with attention to detail.
Stephen Manton Accounts Manager
The last to join the company in 2012 after a long career in hotels, he brings years of management experience and hotel knowledge to the team. Stephen assists in the day to day running of the office and handles all the associated accounts work that comes with a busy office.
